This Privacy Policy explains how Number Merge Puzzle (“the App”, package name com.number.match) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Android application.

By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall and stop using the App.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

The App may process the following categories of data:

2.1 Data stored on your device

Game progress and preferences are saved locally on your device using on-device storage (for example SharedPreferences), including:

• Game board state, score, best score, and moves
• Coin balance and shop / reward status
• Achievements and statistics
• Settings such as sound, vibration, animations, and theme
• Whether you have completed the in-game tutorial

This information stays on your device unless you clear the App data or uninstall the App.

2.2 Advertising data (Google AdMob)

The App shows ads through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app open ads. Google and its partners may collect or process information such as:

• Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
• Device and app information
• IP address and approximate location derived from IP
• Ad interaction and performance data

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, device settings, and applicable consent requirements. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in Android settings.

2.3 Analytics data (Firebase Analytics)

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is used and to improve stability and features. Analytics may include:

• App opens and session activity
• Custom game events (for example game started, game over, highest tile, theme changes, ad events)
• Device and OS information
• Approximate location (country/region level)

3. How we use information

• To save and restore your game progress and preferences
• To operate coin rewards, shop items, and gameplay features
• To show ads that help keep the App free
• To measure app performance and improve gameplay
• To meet legal and policy requirements (including Google Play)

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers that help us run the App:

• Google AdMob — advertising
• Google Firebase / Google Analytics — analytics

These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

5. Data retention

• Local game data remains on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the App.
• Advertising and analytics data retention is controlled by Google according to their product settings and policies.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

If you declare the App as Designed for Families / mixed audience in Google Play, ensure your ad and analytics settings comply with Google Play Families policies.

7. Your choices and rights

• Uninstall the App to stop local and future collection via the App
• Reset advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in device settings
• Adjust analytics / ad personalization where offered by Google or your OS
• Depending on your location (for example EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

9. International processing

Google services may process data on servers located in different countries. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence subject to applicable safeguards and laws.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
